As subcontractor for many different types of customers, it is absolutely pivotal that we in Jet Time understand how to target our service on board to suit the specific needs of the customer chartering the aircraft.
Our greatest asset is our experienced and skilled employees who all strive to deliver a professional service and product of the highest quality. Our common denominator is our wish to do our very best – every time we fly. Regardless of the nature of the job, service and flexibility are the mainsprings for Jet Time’s operation.
Our focal point number one is that the guests want to fly with us again and that companies hire us successively for flights. We call this approach to service “the Jet Time Experience” – that little extra that makes the flight a special experience for our passengers.
Quality and Culinary Delights
As part of Jet Time’s service concept, there is focus on quality and culinary delights in relation to the food and drink we serve onboard the flights.
As an example, our bread is delievered from the bakery, Il Fornaio, where they produce handmade quality bread.
The meat in Jet Time’s menus is delivered by the Butcher by Kultorvet, which is an organic, Danish butcher with focus on quality, taste and animal welfare.
The drinks on board consist of specialty beers from the microbrewery, Nørrebro Bryghus, and red wine Musio, from Viviany, Italy. This red wine was made specifically for Jet Time and it is literally made to be enjoyed at a height of 10.000 feet.
