Check-In
For most of the European destinations check-in commences app. two hours before departure and must be completed app. 45 minutes prior to departure. During holiday seasons it is advisable to meet in the airport 30 mintes to 1 hour before check-in starts.
When you arrive in the airport the airport information boards will inform you where to check in.
Please have the relevant travel documentation ready when approaching the check-in counter. At the check-in counter you will be met by personnel from Jet Time’s partner handling company, who will take care of Jet Times passengers and their luggage on behalf of Jet Time.
It is always the passenger's own responsibility to have any valid visa, entry permit, etc. in order before departure. Jet Time cannot be held responsible for any refusal of entry at your country of destination. Danish citizens can find information about visa regulations on the Foreign Ministry's homepage www.um.dk. Foreign citizens must apply to their own country's embassy.
Avoid the queue - automatic check-in
In Copenhagen and Billund, it is possible to check- in using the automated check-in machines. In Copenhagen you must use the automated check-in machines in Terminal 2. After you have entered the requested information, your boarding pass and baggage tag are printed out. Then the luggage is handed in at the special baggage drops close to the check–in desks. At Billund, the automated check-in machines are located just inside the entrance to the passenger terminal. Follow the instructions that appear on the machine screen. If you experience any problems entering the information, please contact a service representative who can be found in the area. Check-in online at Billund
Passengers leaving from Billund can also check- in from home via the internet. All you need is access to a PC connected to a printer. Read here how you can check-in online>>
NB! It is not possible to choose seats when using the automated check-in machines, as this must be done no later than 7 days before departure.
